Special Discounted Postage for all Australian orders:

Orders up to $100 = $10.00 postage.
We usually post DAILY, Monday to Friday. While we ask that you allow up to 3 days for us to dispatch your order, orders received before 8 am are usually posted the same day.
We will continue to source the cheapest postage we can for you. If Paypal overcharges you on postage for your order, we always refund the difference.
Please feel free to email for a quote on postage before placing your order. Orders can be placed via email to:
ruebanandketura@optusnet.com.au and we will send a postage correct Paypal request for you to complete. Payment can also be completed via direct bank deposit.

Paypal has an interesting way of calculating postage, which is some times innacurate. If paypal has overcharged you on postage, dont panic - any overcharge will be refunded via paypal.
YES - WE DO POST WORLD WIDE! Please contact us for specific shipping quote. If you complete your order via paypal, an additional paypal payment request for outstanding postage fees will be sent to you. If you do not complete payment for international shipping, we will be unable to afford to send your order and will refund your transaction.
We do not charge any packaging or handling fees.
In an effort to be as eco friendly as possible, we use clean recycled packaging where possible.
